云南某露天铅锌矿砂岩能耗规律及动态力学性能研究OA
Study on Energy Consumption Law and Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Sandstone in an Open-pit Lead-zinc Mine of Yunnan
针对云南某露天铅锌矿深部多台阶爆破设计需求,采用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)系统对岩样进行冲击试验,研究不同冲击载荷下砂岩能耗规律及动态力学性能.结果表明,冲击气压由0.25 MPa增加到0.50 MPa时,砂岩试样入射能、透射能、吸收能呈现线性增加,反射能呈二次多项式增大;随着应变率从53.09 s-1增加到126.57 s-1,砂岩试样破坏程度增加,细小碎块增多,单位质量能耗从0.02 J/g增加到0.29 J/g,能耗与应变率呈线性关系.研究揭示了砂岩的动态抗压强度与应变率的定量关系,提出在深部高应力区域需提高装药量以匹配岩石动态强度,避免欠爆或过爆.研究成果为深部矿产资源的高效与安全开发提供理论支持.
Aiming at the design requirements of deep multi-bench blasting in an open-pit lead-zinc mine in Yunnan,impact tests were conducted on rock samples by using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)system to investigate the energy consumption law and dynamic mechanical properties of sandstone under different impact loads.The results show that when the impact air pressure increases from 0.25 MPa to 0.50 MPa,the incident energy,transmitted energy and absorbed energy of sandstone samples increase linearly,while the reflected energy rises in a quadratic polynomial trend.With the strain rate increasing from 53.09 s-1 to 126.57 s-1,the damage degree of sandstone specimens intensifies and fine fragments increase.The energy consumption per unit mass rises from 0.02 J/g to 0.29 J/g,showing a linear relationship between energy consumption and strain rate.This study reveals the quantitative relationship between the dynamic compressive strength of sandstone and strain rate.It is proposed that the charge weight should be increased in deep high-stress areas to match the dynamic strength of rocks and avoid under-blasting or over-blasting.The research findings provide theoretical support for the efficient and safe exploitation of deep mineral resources.
