针对某铜矿井下胶结充填采场供矿点氨气浓度高、影响采场供矿及运转作业的难题,对氨气的来源开展了分析研究,并提出了对应的防治技术.现场通过开展模拟试验,判定氨气产生的主要原因为采矿使用的粒状炸药与胶结充填的水泥发生反应.结合现场开采过程中炸药与水泥容易接触以及氨气产生后难以消除的实际情况,提出了中孔精准施工、爆破控制、浓度稀释、个体防护的技术防治措施,并现场进行应用.现场应用后大幅降低氨气的浓度及其对现场作业的影响,为地下开采过程中遇到氨气的矿山提供了氨气防治借鉴.

In view of the problem that high ammonia concentration at ore feeding points in underground cemented backfill stopes of a copper mine affects ore supply and operation,this paper analyzes the sources of ammonia gas and puts forward corresponding prevention and control technologies.Field simulation tests were carried out to confirm that ammonia gas is mainly generated by the reaction between granular explosives used in mining and cement for cemented backfilling.Considering the actual on-site conditions that explosives are prone to contact with cement during mining and the generated ammonia gas is difficult to eliminate,targeted technical prevention and control measures including precise medium-hole construction,blasting control,concentration dilution and personal protection were proposed and applied on site.After field application,the ammonia concentration and its impact on on-site operations are greatly reduced.The research results can provide a reference for ammonia prevention and control in mines encountering ammonia hazards during underground mining.
