复杂高边坡"石渣拦截-雾化降尘"一体化防控技术OA
Research of Integrated Prevention and Control Technology of"Stone Slag Interception Atomization Dust Reduction"for Complex High Slope
针对导流洞及底层供水洞进口复杂高边坡(坡度 30°~40°)的石渣下江与施工扬尘问题,结合区域地质特征研发"石渣拦截—雾化降尘"一体化防控技术.构建"分级拦截+精准降尘"体系:石渣拦截采用"集渣平台+挡渣墙+被动防护网"三级结构,经数值模拟优化不同高程段参数;雾化降尘基于施工工况动态调整雾炮机与高压喷枪组合模式,结合粉尘监测智能调控.工程应用表明,该技术使石渣下江量降至 0.5 m3/月以下,施工扬尘(TSP)稳定≤0.5 mg/m3,较传统措施分别降低 95%、80%,边坡安全系数提升至 1.35,实现生态防护与结构安全协同.
This paper develops an integrated prevention and control technology of"stone slag interception atomization dust reduction"based on regional geological characteristics to address the problem of stone slag entering the river and construction dust on complex high slopes(slopes of 30°-40°)at the inlet of diversion tunnels and bottom water supply tunnels.It has constructed a"graded interception+precise dust reduction"system,which adopts a three-level structure of"slag collection platform+slag blocking wall+passive protection net"for stone slag interception,and optimizes parameters at different elevation sections through numerical simulation.Atomization dust reduction is based on the dynamic adjustment of the combination mode of fog cannon machine and high-pressure spray gun under construction conditions,combined with intelligent control of dust monitoring.Engineering applications have shown that this technology reduces the amount of stone slag entering the river to below 0.5 m³/month,stabilizes the construction dust(TSP)to≤0.5 mg/m³,and reduces it by 95%and 80%respectively compared to traditional measures.The slope safety factor has been increased to 1.35,achieving the synergy between ecological protection and structural safety.
