高海拔峡谷区复合型围堰一体化控制技术研究与实践OA
Research and Practice on Integrated Control Technology of Composite Cofferdam in High-altitude Canyon Area
针对某高海拔峡谷区水电站复杂地质水文条件下围堰施工面临的地形约束强、围岩稳定性差、洪水风险高、防渗难度大等问题,研发并应用复合型围堰"动态设计—分区分段施工—智能监测"一体化技术体系.在动态设计层面,基于地质勘察数据与施工反馈,优化"预留岩埂+土石/混凝土/CSG"复合结构及防渗方案,确保 20 年一遇洪水(设计流量 5 560 m3/s)挡水安全;在施工层面,按部位、时段分区分段实施,创新应用可控性防渗灌浆、高压旋喷防渗墙、格宾石笼护坡等工艺,解决狭窄工作面施工难题;在监测层面,构建多参数智能监测系统,实时预警渗流、变形风险.工程实践表明,该一体化技术可使围堰抗滑稳定系数达 1.14~1.77(正常工况)、1.10~1.48(地震工况),防渗性能满足≤10 Lu标准,实现了安全、高效、环保等施工目标.
In response to the complex geological and hydrological conditions faced by the cofferdam construction of a hydropower station in a high-altitude canyon area,such as strong terrain constraints,poor rock stability,high flood risk,and difficulty in anti-seepage,a composite cofferdam"dynamic design zone segmented construction intelligent monitoring"integrated technology system has been developed and applied.At the dynamic design level,based on geological survey data and construction feedback,the"reserved rock embankment+soil and rock/concrete/CSG"composite structure and anti-seepage scheme have been optimized to ensure water retention safety for a 20-year flood(design flow rate of 5 560 m3/s).At the construction level,it is implemented in sections and zones according to the location and time period,and innovative technologies such as controllable anti-seepage grouting,high-pressure rotary jet anti-seepage walls,and gabion slope protection are applied to solve the construction problems of narrow working faces.At the monitoring level,a multi parameter intelligent monitoring system is constructed to provide real-time warning of seepage and deformation risks.Engineering practice has shown that this integrated technology can achieve anti sliding stability coefficients of 1.14-1.77(normal conditions)and 1.10-1.48(earthquake conditions)for cofferdams,and the anti-seepage performance meets the standard of≤10 Lu,achieving construction goals such as safety,efficiency,and environmental protection.
