针对某水电站尾水洞富水破碎带发育、涌水突泥风险高的工程难题,研发"超前探测—分级堵截"一体化防控技术.通过综合运用地质雷达、超前钻孔与水文测试,实现富水破碎带位置、规模及渗透特性的精准探测;基于围岩类别(Ⅲ~Ⅴ类)与涌水风险等级(低、中、高),建立"局部注浆封堵-帷幕注浆防渗—联合加固支护"三级堵截体系.该技术可将涌水突泥发生率降至 0,隧道日涌水量从预判的 80 m3/d 降至 5 m3/d以下,围岩稳定性显著提升.

This paper develops an integrated prevention and control technology of"advanced detection graded interception"to address the engineering challenges of the development of a rich water fracture zone and high risk of water and mud inrush in the tailwater tunnel of a hydropower station.By comprehensively utilizing geological radar,advanced drilling,and hydrological testing,precise detection of the location,scale,and permeability characteristics of water rich fractured zones can be achieved.Based on the classification of surrounding rock(Class Ⅲ-Ⅴ)and the risk level of water inflow(low,medium,high),establish a three-level interception system of"local grouting sealing curtain grouting anti-seepage combined reinforcement support".This technology can reduce the occurrence rate of water and mud inrush to 0,and the daily water inflow of the tunnel can be reduced from the predicted 80 m3/d to below 5 m3/d,significantly improving the stability of the surrounding rock.
