以藏区某高原项目碎裂岩体高边坡施工为背景,针对高海拔地区面临的岩体掉落、安全风险高、生态脆弱等难题,阐述了施工工艺流程及操作要点,包括施工准备、放线、坡面清理修整、水泥浆固结、自进式锚杆施工、机编活络网铺设及喷射混凝土施工等关键环节,最终实现施工安全、降本增效,同时为藏区类似边坡支护工程提供技术参考,助力生态保护与可持续发展.
This paper takes the construction of a fractured rock mass high slope in a high-altitude project in Tibet as the background,and elaborates on the construction process and operation points in response to the difficulties faced by high-altitude areas such as rock mass falling,high safety risks,and ecological fragility.It includes key links such as construction preparation,setting out,slope cleaning and repair,cement slurry consolidation,self advancing anchor rod construction,machine woven active network laying,and shotcrete construction.It ultimately achieves construction safety,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,while providing technical reference for similar slope support projects in Tibetan areas,helping ecological protection and sustainable development.
