针对高边坡预应力锚索传统施工效率低、养护周期长的痛点,以某水电站尾水出口边坡工程为依托,对黏结式端锚型预应力锚索快速锚固张拉核心技术展开研究.通过新型速强材料应用、专用设备适配及施工工艺优化,形成涵盖"材料—设备—工序—质控"的完整技术体系,实现锚固段灌浆当天张拉的突破.现场工程实践表明,该技术可将单束锚索施工周期缩短至 3~4 d,24 h 内材料抗压强度达 40 MPa 以上,张拉锁定后48 h 应力损失≤8%,为高边坡锚索快速施工提供可复制的技术方案.

In response to the pain points of low construction efficiency and long maintenance period of traditional prestressed anchor cables for high slopes,this study focuses on the core technology of fast anchoring and tensioning of adhesive end anchored prestressed anchor cables based on the tailwater outlet slope project of a hydropower station.Through the application of new high-strength materials,adaptation of specialized equipment,and optimization of construction processes,a complete technical system covering"materials equipment processes quality control"has been formed,achieving a breakthrough in tensioning on the day of grouting in the anchoring section.On site engineering practice has shown that this technology can shorten the construction period of single bundle anchor cables to 3-4 days,with a compressive strength of over 40 MPa within 24 hours and a stress loss of≤8%after 48 hours of tension locking.It provides a replicable technical solution for rapid construction of high slope anchor cables.
