The intelligent arch anchor integrated trolley can achieve rapid and precise assembly of steel frames in the complex geological environment of hydropower station tunnels,and effectively connect anchor rod construction.Through its design optimization and technological integration,construction efficiency can be significantly improved while ensuring the safety and quality of the project.Based on specific examples,this paper elaborates on the construction steps,parameter configuration,and operational precautions of the intelligent arch anchor integrated trolley,summarizes the difficulties that may be encountered during construction and the corresponding strategies,and provides useful technical references for steel arch support construction in tunnel engineering,promoting the promotion and application of intelligent equipment in the field of tunnel engineering.
