珠江三角洲水资源配置工程 C2 段 3 号主隧洞为钻爆法开挖隧洞,主要位于石英岩弱风化带中,围岩类别为Ⅲ类,地下水位高于洞顶20 m.在开挖至桩号17+970处时隧洞掌子面及顶拱发生塌方;塌方处理稳定后,在打开封闭的混凝土面检查时掌子面发生突泥,突泥长度约 25 m,方量约 280 m3.经工程地质原因分析,采取塌腔处理和后续开挖支护,同时加强塌方段沉降及收敛监测,达到预期效果.

The No.3 main tunnel in C2 section of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project is excavated by drilling and blasting method,which is mainly located in the weakly weathered zone of quartzite.The surrounding rock is classified as Class Ⅲ,and the groundwater level is 20m higher than the tunnel top.When the tunnel is excavated to the stake number 17+970,the tunnel face and crown collapse occurred.After stabilizing the collapse treatment,during the inspection of the closed concrete surface,a mud burst occurred on the palm face,with a length of about 25m and a volume of about 280m3.After analyzing the engineering geological reasons,the collapse cavity treatment and subsequent excavation support were adopted,and the settlement and convergence monitoring of the collapse section were strengthened to achieve the expected effect.
