粉煤气化炉过热蒸汽温度下降对管网蒸汽品质影响较大,结合气化炉生产实际情况、运行中参数变化和运行状态,以及停车后对设备的检查情况进行了分析,探讨其原因及解决措施,以稳定气化炉长周期稳定运行和确保蒸汽温度.
A significant impact on the steam quality in the pipeline network is caused by a decrease in the superheated steam temperature of the coal gasifier.This paper analyzes the actual production conditions of the gasifier,parameter changes and operating status during operation,as well as equipment inspection results after shutdown.It explores the causes and solutions to stabilize the long-term stable operation of the gasifier and ensure the steam temperature.
