QuEChERS结合复溶净化-高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留OA
Determination of 10 Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by QuEChERS Combined with Re-dissolution Purification-high-performance Liquid Chromatography
为提高液相色谱法测定蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测效率,以番茄作研究对象,建立了 QuECh-ERS 结合溶剂复溶净化的高效液相色谱检测方法.样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS 净化,氮吹至近干,用甲醇-水复溶进行分析.通过加标回收实验评估方法的准确性与可靠性.结果表明,10 种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率在61.0%~104.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.3%~7.7%.该方法操作简单、检测快速,能够满足蔬菜中10 种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测的要求.
To enhance the detection efficiency of carbamate pesticide residues in tomatoes by liquid chromatography,this study established a high-performance liquid chromatography detection method integrating QuEChERS with solvent re-dissolution and purification.Samples were ex-tracted with acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS,blown to near-dryness with nitrogen,and then re-dissolved in a methanol-water mixture for analysis.The accuracy and reliability of the method were evaluated through spiked recovery experiments.The results indicated that the recovery rates of 10 carbamate pesticides ranged from 61.0%to 104.6%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 0.3%and 7.7%.This method is easy to operate and rapid in detection,and can meet the requirements for detecting 10 carbamate pesticide residues in Vegeta-bles.
