采用微波消解仪进行样品前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水系沉积物中的钍含量.通过优化前处理方法、仪器参数以及干扰校正策略,建立了高灵敏度、高准确度的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法.实验结果表明,线性标准曲线质量浓度范围为0~100 μg/L,相关系数 r 为 0.9999.测得方法检出限为 0.001 mg/kg,测定下限为0.004 mg/kg,平行样品的相对标准偏差的范围在 1.7%~4.4%(n=6),标准物质的相对误差范围在-0.2%~1.3%,样品加标回收率85.1%~93.9%.将该方法应用于实际河流沉积物样品的分析,显示该区域沉积物中钍主要来源于自然地质背景,未受到明显人为污染.

A microwave digestion system was employed for sample preparation,and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine thorium content in aquatic sediments.Through optimization of the pretreatment method,instrument parameters,and inter-ference correction strategies,a highly sensitive and accurate ICP-MS determination method was established.Experimental results indicated that-the linear calibration curve has a mass the concentration range of 0-100 μg/L with a correlation coefficient r of 0.9999.The method detection limit was determined to be 0.001 mg/kg,with a lower limit of quantification of 0.004 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD)for parallel samples ranged from 1.7%to 4.4%(n=6),while the relative error for certified reference materials ranged from-0.2%to1.3%.Spiked sample recovery rates were85.1%~93.9%.Application of this method to actual river sediment samples indicates that thorium in sediments from this region primarily originates from natural geological backgrounds,with no significant anthropogenic contamination detected.
