高效液相色谱法测定普乐安片中槲皮素和山柰酚含量能力验证结果与分析OA
Proficiency Testing Results and Analysis for the Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol Contents in Pulean Tablets by High-performance Liquid Chromatography
目的通过普乐安片中槲皮素和山柰酚含量测定能力验证,评价参加者相关检测能力和质量管理水平.方法依据中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)相关文件的要求,对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检测,设计方案验证各实验室的普乐安片中槲皮素和山柰酚的含量测定能力,采用稳健统计方法分析结果,以 Z 比分数评价检测结果.结果120 家实验室报名,115 家报送结果,整体满意率 77.39%.结论大部分实验室具备普乐安片中槲皮素和山柰酚含量测定的检测能力.
[Objective]To evaluate the proficiency and quality management level of participants in the determination of quercetin and kaempferol content in Pule an tablets through proficiency testing.[Methods]In accordance with the relevant requirements of the China National Accreditati-on Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS),the homogeneity and stability of the samples were tested.A scheme was designed to verify the proficiency of laboratories in determining the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Pule'an tablets.Robust statistical methods were employed to analyze the results,with Z-scores used to evaluate the detection outcomes.[Results]A total of 120 laboratories registered for the proficiency testing,and115 submitted results.The overall satisfactory rate was77.39%.[Conclusion]The majority of laboratories demonstrated the capa-bility to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Pule an tablets.
