高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作为一种高效、灵敏、应用范围广的分离分析技术,已成为环境监测领域不可或缺的分析方法.文章系统综述了 HPLC 在大气、水体、土壤及沉积物等环境介质中对多环芳烃、醛酮类、酚类、阴离子、农药、抗生素、重金属形态等各类污染物的监测应用现状.同时,探讨了 HPLC 与质谱、原子荧光光谱等联用技术的发展及其带来的分析能力变化,旨在为环境监测分析工作者提供全面的技术参考,并推动 HPLC 技术在环境保护事业中的更深入应用.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),as an efficient,sensitive,and widely applicable separation and analysis tech-nique,has become an indispensable analytical method in the field of environmental monitoring.This article systematically reviews application of HPLC in monitoring various pollutants in environmental media such as the atmosphere,water bodies,soil,and sediments.These pollutants in-clude polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),aldehydes and ketones,phenols,anions,pesticides,antibiotics,and heavy metal species.Addi-tionally,the development of hyphenated techniques combining HPLC with mass spectrometry,atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,and other analyti-cal methods,as well as the resulting enhancements in analytical capabilities,are discussed.This review aims to provide a comprehensive techni-cal reference for environmental monitoring analysts and promote the deeper application of HPLC technology in environmental protection.
