目的:针对热敷理疗袋传导发射测试中的火线与零线超标问题,提出优化方案.方法:以QNHY-HY01型热敷理疗袋为研究对象,采用德国R&S ESR7接收机、ENV216人工电源网络进行传导发射测试,定位超标频段并明确干扰源.通过差共模复合滤波器设计(在电源输入端增加两级LC滤波器)、印制电路板布局优化(缩短开关电源与加热模块间距至8 mm、时钟信号屏蔽与地平面分割)抑制差模与共模混合干扰,并对比优化前后传导发射测试结果和频谱改善效果.结果:传导发射测试结果表明,优化后0.15~30 MHz频段内火线与零线传导发射值符合标准限值,传导发射值平均降幅为12dBμV,最大裕量为41.2 dBμV;频谱分析结果表明,优化后0.5 MHz以上频段干扰电平由约10 dBμV降至5 dBμV以下,衰减幅度超过5 dBμV.结论:通过差共模复合滤波器设计与印制电路板布局优化,可有效抑制热敷理疗袋传导发射干扰,同时确保设备电气间隙与爬电距离符合GB 9706.1-2020《医用电器设备 第1部分:基本安全和基本性能的通用要求》标准要求,可为同类产品的电磁兼容性设计与优化提供参考.

Objective To propose an optimization scheme for solving the problems of excessive current in the live and neu-tral wires during conducted emission testing of hot compress physiotherapy bags.Methods A QNHY-HY01 hot compress physiotherapy bag served as the test subject,and conducted emission testing was carried out with a German R&S ESR7 receiver and an ENV216 artificial power network to identify frequency bands exceeding limits and pinpoint the source of interference.The hybrid differential-common mode interference was suppressed through designing a differential-common mode composite filter by adding two stages of LC filters at the power supply input end and optimizing the printed circuit board layout by reducing the spacing between the switching power supply and the heating module to 8 mm,shielding clock signals and segmenting the ground plane.The results of conducted emission testing and improvements in the spectrum before and after optimization were compared.Results The conducted emission testing results showed that,following optimization,the conducted emission values of live and neutral wires decreased by an average of 12 dBμV within the 0.15-30 MHz frequency band,with the maximum margin reaching 41.2 dBμV;spectrum analysis results indicated that after optimization the interference level in the frequency band above 0.5 MHz declined from approximately 10 dBμV to below 5 dBμV,repre-senting an attenuation of more than 5 dB μV.Conclusion The design of the differential-common mode composite filter and the optimization of the printed circuit board layout contribute to suppressing effectively the conducted emission interference of hot compress physiotherapy bags and ensuring the device's electrical clearance and creepage distance complying with GB 9706.1-2020 Medical electrical equipment-Part 1:General requirements for basic safety and essential performance,providing references for the electromagnetic compatibility design and optimization of similar products.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(6):87-92]
