基于AHP和TOPSIS法的血气分析仪及配套耗材试剂选型研究OA
Research on selection of blood gas analyzer and associated consumables and reagents based on AHP and TOPSIS methods
目的:为选购符合临床需求的血气分析仪及配套耗材试剂,提出基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)法的选型评价方法.方法:首先,通过专家论证分析血气分析仪及配套耗材试剂选型的关键因素,构建包括设备参数、耗材试剂参数、成本因素、售后服务4个总因素指标以及16个子因素指标的评价体系;其次,采用AHP确定各指标的权重;最后,运用TOPSIS法得到不同血气分析仪及配套耗材试剂方案的量化排序结果.结果:运用该方法对某医院4家血气分析仪产品进行选型评价,评价结果与招标评审结果一致.结论:基于AHP和TOPSIS法的评价方法可为医院购置最符合需求的血气分析仪及配套耗材试剂提供参考,有利于规范带封闭耗材试剂类医疗设备的精细化管理.
Objective To propose a selection and evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),so as to facilitate the procurement of blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents that meet clinical needs.Methods Firstly,the key factors for selecting blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents were analyzed by expert demonstration,and an evaluation system was established comprising four overarching factors-device parameters,consumable and reagent parameters,cost and after-sales service-as well as sixteen sub-factors.Secondly,the AHP method was used to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,the TOPSIS method was applied to obtaining a quantitative ranking of several schemes with different blood gas analyzers combined with consumables and reagents.Results The method proposed was applied to evaluating the selection of four blood gas analyzers in some hospital,and the evaluation results were consistent with the tender evaluation results.Conclusion The evaluation method based on the AHP and TOPSIS methods can serve as a reference for hospitals in purchasing blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents that best meet their needs,thereby facilitating the standardized and refined management of medical devices that use sealed consumables and reagents.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(6):75-81]
