水上应急救援装备体系异质网络模型构建与抗毁性研究OA

目的:为了提高水上应急救援装备体系在复杂环境下执行救援任务的稳定性,构建水上应急救援装备体系异质网络模型并进行抗毁性分析.方法:基于任务场景确定装备体系构成及装备实体间的关联作用关系,在此基础上将装备实体及其关联作用关系抽象为网络中的节点和边,构建水上应急救援装备体系异质网络模型.从连通性和行动效率2个维度构建装备体系的抗毁性评价指标,并从攻击方式和攻击策略2个方面分析受损模式.以遇险游船应急救援为例,分析该场景下装备体系结构的抗毁性.结果:在随机攻击策略下,遇险游船救援装备体系网络的最大连通子图和网络效率基本呈现出逐步下降趋势,具有一定的稳定性.在度优先和介数优先攻击策略下,当攻击节点比例达到20%左右时,遇险游船救援装备体系网络的最大连通子图和网络效率下降明显.在装备体系中发挥指挥节点作用的救援指挥船、医疗救助船、救援指控系统以及发挥侦查监视作用的无人侦察机和水下搜寻设备的度值和介数值普遍较大.结论:构建的装备体系异质网络模型能够描述水上应急救援装备体系中不同装备实体之间的复杂关系,科学评估不同受损模式下装备体系结构的抗毁性,可为装备体系论证研究提供一个新的视角.

Objective To develop a heterogeneous network model for the water rescue equipment system and conduct a survivability analysis to enhance the system's stability when used in rescue missions under complex environments.Methods The composition of the equipment system and the functional relationships among equipment entities were determined based on mission scenarios,and then equipment entities and their functional relationships were abstracted as nodes and edges in a network,thereby constructing a heterogeneous network model of the waterborne emergency rescue equipment system.The survivability evaluation indicators of the equipment system were clarified in terms of connectivity and operational efficiency,and damage patterns were analyzed from two aspects of attack mode and attack strategy.The survivability of the equipment system architecture in this scenario was analyzed with the emergency rescue of a distressed cruise ship as an example.Results Under the random attack strategy,the largest connected subgraph and network efficiency of the distressed passenger vessel rescue equipment system network generally showed a gradual downward trend,indicating a certain degree of stability.Under the degree-priority and betweenness-priority attack strategies,the largest connected subgraph and network efficiency of the network dropped sharply when the proportion of attacked nodes reached about 20%.In the equipment system,the rescue command ship,medical rescue ship and rescue command and control system that served as command nodes,and the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft and underwater search equipment that performed reconnaissance and surveillance,generally had high degree and betweenness values.Conclusion The constructed heterogeneous network model of the equipment system describes the complex relationships among different equipment in the water emergency rescue equipment system,scientifically evaluates the survivability of the equipment system architecture under different damage patterns,and provides a new perspective for equipment system demonstration research.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(6):37-42]
