隔药灸脐联合乳果糖治疗阳虚型功能性便秘临床研究OA
Clinical Study on Herbal-Separated Moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)Point Combined with Lactulose for Functional Constipation of Yang Deficiency Type
目的:观察隔药灸脐联合乳果糖治疗阳虚型功能性便秘(FC)的临床疗效.方法:将2025年3-9月潍坊市中医院就诊的110例阳虚型FC患者按随机数字表法以1∶1比例分为治疗组与对照组各55例.对照组给予乳果糖口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合隔药灸脐治疗.2组疗程均为4周.比较2组总有效率、中医证候评分、便秘严重程度评分(CSS)、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分,以及平均每周自主排便频次、排便费力评分.结果:治疗组总有效率为96.36%(53/55),对照组为80.00%(44/55),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,2组中医证候评分、CSS评分及PAC-QOL评分均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组3项评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,2组每周自主排便频次较治疗前增加、排便费力评分下降,且治疗组2项指标改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗期间,治疗组不良反应发生率为5.45%(3/55),对照组为1.82%(1/55),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:隔药灸脐联合常规西药治疗阳虚型FC可提高临床疗效,且能改善排便频次、排便费力程度及患者生活质量.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point combined with lactulose in the treatment of functional constipation(FC)of yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 110 patients with FC of yang deficiency type who were admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to September 2025 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio by a random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received oral lactulose;the treatment group received herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point in addition to the control group's treatment.The treatment course for both groups was four weeks.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Constipation Severity Score(CSS),Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)score,mean weekly spontaneous bowel movement frequency,and hesitant stool score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.36%(53/55)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%(44/55)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores,CSS,and PAC-QOL were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the weekly spontaneous bowel movement frequency was increased and the hesitant stool scores were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in these two indicators in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.45%(3/55),and that in the control group was 1.82%(1/55),with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy,increase bowel movement frequency,reduce hesitant stool severity,and enhance the quality of life in patients with FC of yang deficiency type.
