The pig industry,as a pillar of China's agricultural sector,urgently requires high-skilled talent support.Based on this need,professional reform practices have been implemented.Using mixed-ownership secondary colleges as the reform vehi-cle,these practices align with the pig industry chain and establish a pig industry direction within high-level veterinary and ani-mal husbandry specialty pilot programs.Through industry-school collaboration,specialized talent cultivation plans have been formulated,driving reforms in key educational elements such as high-quality core professional courses,"dual-qualified"teaching teams,industry-school collaborative"dual-element"textbooks,industry-education integration training bases,and digital teaching resources.These reforms not only deepen industry-education integration to enhance talent cultivation quality but also effectively secure the human resource succession for partner enterprises.The first phase of the"Double High Plan"construction project performance targets of the college have been achieved,providing practical reference for vocational education in conducting indus-try-aligned specialty construction.
