大数据多组学驱动的动物育种双语教学OA
Big Data and Multi-Omics-Enabled Bilingual Teaching of Animal Breeding
随着基因组选择(GS)和全基因组关联分析(GWAS)等技术的普及,动物育种学进入大数据与多组学驱动时代,对学生数据分析与英语能力提出更高要求.本文针对课程内容中生物信息学实训不足及专业英语能力培养薄弱等问题,构建"大数据多组学驱动"的双语教学改革模式.通过重构课程内容,融合GWAS算法、基因编辑与多组学分析模块,引入PLINK与 R语言实践训练;实施分层递进式双语教学,并建立多元化评价体系.实践表明,该模式有效提升学生数据分析能力与学术表达水平,为新农科背景下复合型育种人才培养提供了可推广路径.
With the widespread application of genomic selection(GS)and genome-wide association studies(GWAS),animal breeding has entered an era driven by big data and multi-omics technologies,placing higher demands on students'data analysis competence and English proficiency.In response to insufficient bioinformatics training and limited professional English develop-ment in the current curriculum,this study proposes a bilingual teaching reform model driven by big data and multi-omics inte-gration.The curriculum was restructured to incorporate GWAS algorithms,gene editing,and multi-omics analysis modules,while practical training using PLINK and R was introduced.A progressive bilingual teaching strategy and a diversified evalua-tion system were also implemented.Teaching practice demonstrated that this model effectively enhanced students'data analyti-cal skills and academic communication ability,providing a replicable pathway for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in animal breeding under the New Agricultural Science framework.
