藏羊营养调控与选育模式优化的效果分析OA
Effect Analysis of Nutritional Regulation and Breeding Mode Optimization on Tibetan Sheep
为破解甘南州高寒牧区藏羊养殖中生产效率偏低、品种特性不突出、草畜矛盾突出等问题,以藏羊为研究对象,结合甘南州高寒牧区生态环境特点,开展营养调控与选育模式优化试验,系统分析优化措施对藏羊生长性能、繁殖性能及生态适应性的影响,构建适配甘南高寒牧区的藏羊高效养殖技术体系.试验采用分组对比设计,设置对照组(传统养殖+常规选育)与试验组(优化营养调控+分子标记辅助选育),通过为期12个月的饲养试验及繁殖监测.结合生产实际数据综合评估优化效果.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组藏羊平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),母羊产羔率提升至80.5%,泌乳量提高15%;同时,试验组藏羊枯草期放牧时间日均缩短2 h,天然草场载畜压力降低20%,生态适应性显著优于对照组.研究证实,优化藏羊营养调控方案和选育模式可有效提升藏羊生产性能、繁殖性能等指标,并缓解草畜矛盾,为高寒牧区藏羊产业提质增效、绿色可持续发展提供理论依据和技术支撑.
To address the problems of low production efficiency,indistinct breed characteristics,and acute forage-livestock conflicts in Tibetan sheep farming in the alpine pastoral areas of Gannan Prefecture,this study took Tibetan sheep as the re-search object and conducted experiments on nutritional regulation and breeding mode optimization in combination with the eco-logical characteristics of the alpine pastoral regions.It systematically analyzed the effects of optimized measures on the growth performance,reproductive performance and ecological adaptability of Tibetan sheep,and established a high-efficiency breeding technical system suitable for Tibetan sheep in the alpine pastoral areas of Gannan.A grouped comparative design was adopted,with a control group(traditional feeding+conventional breeding)and an experimental group(optimized nutritional regulation+molecular marker-assisted breeding).A 12-month feeding trial and reproductive monitoring were carried out,and the optimiza-tion effects were comprehensively evaluated in combination with practical production data.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of Tibetan sheep in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the lambing rate of ewes rose to 80.5%,and the milk yield was increased by 15%.Meanwhile,the daily grazing time of Tibetan sheep in the experimental group during the hay peri-od was shortened by 2 hours on average,the livestock carry-ing pressure on natural grasslands was reduced by 20%,and the ecological adaptability was significantly better than that of the control group.This study demonstrates that optimi-zing the nutritional regulation scheme and breeding mode of Tibetan sheep can effectively improve the growth and repro-ductive performance of Tibetan sheep,and alleviate the for-age-livestock conflict.It provides a theoretical basis and tech-nical support for the quality improvement,efficiency en-hancement and green sustainable development of the Tibetan sheep industry in alpine pastoral areas.
