阜平县肉牛养殖产业发展现状、问题与产业发展路径OA
Status,Challenges and Development Roadmap of the Beef Cattle Breeding Industry in Fuping County
本文旨在系统分析河北省阜平县肉牛养殖产业的发展基础与现状,采用数据对比、文献查询及产业调研法开展研究.结果表明,阜平县依托土地、人力、交通及政策等优势,肉牛产业存栏规模稳定、产出效率提升,2023-2025年年出栏量从5 265头增至10 278头,牛肉产量从1 053 t增至2 055.6 t,其中2024年肉牛出栏量及牛肉产量同比显著增长77.79%和64.68%(P<0.001),带动产业产出效率明显提升,但产业仍存在规模化水平低、养殖管理粗放、疫病防控薄弱、产业链条短、品牌缺失等核心问题.研究认为,阜平县需通过强化技术支撑与疫病防控、培育龙头企业提升规模化及抗风险能力、促进三产融合打造区域特色品牌等综合对策,推动肉牛产业高质量发展,为县域乡村振兴提供产业支撑.
This paper analyzes the development status of the beef cattle industry in Fuping county,Hebei province,using data comparison,literature review,and industrial research.Results show that from 2023 to 2025,annual slaughter increased from 5 265 to 10 278 heads,and beef output rose from 1 053 to 2 055.6 t.In 2024 alone,slaughter and beef production surged by 77.79%and 64.68%year-on-year(P<0.001).However,challenges remain,including low-scale farming,poor management,weak epidemic control,short industrial chains,and lack of strong regional brands.The study suggests enhancing technical sup-port and disease prevention,fostering leading enterprises to improve large-scale operations and risk resistance,and promoting industry integration to build regional brands,thereby driving high-quality development and rural revitalization.
