布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌感染引发的人畜共患病,可通过食物链、直接接触等途径传播,不仅导致湖羊流产、产仔率下降等养殖损失,还严重威胁养殖人员健康.随着湖羊养殖产业在西北、华东等地区规模化发展及跨区域调运频率增加,该病传播风险持续攀升,已成为制约产业可持续发展的关键因素.本文聚焦湖羊养殖场景,系统综述布鲁氏菌病诊断技术迭代、疫苗研发突破及生物安全防控要点,分析当前技术应用中的优势与局限,提出未来研究方向,为湖羊布鲁氏菌病的科学防控及产业高质量发展提供参考.

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease that severely endangers the Hu sheep industry,posing multiple challenges to agri-cultural production,public health security and animal welfare worldwide.This article outlines the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis and its specific impacts on Hu sheep breeding,systematically sorts out the application status,advantages and dis-advantages of serological detection(Rose Bengal Plate Test,Standard Agglutination Test,etc.)and molecular biological detec-tion(real-time fluorescent PCR,whole-genome sequencing,etc.)technologies,details the research and development progress of attenuated live vaccines,inactivated vaccines,subunit vaccines and DNA vaccines,and emphasizes the core value of establishing a biosafety system.It summarizes the core achievements and practical limitations of current prevention and control technologies,analyzes the main challenges in technical application and management practice,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and future research directions,providing scientific reference for the precise prevention and control of brucellosis in Hu sheep.
