冷季补饲调控瘤胃菌群结构提高放牧牦牛生产性能OA
Regulating Rumen Microbial Communities through Supplementary Feeding during the Cold Season to Enhance the Production Performance of Grazing Yaks
旨在探究冷季补饲对放牧牦牛生长性能、血液代谢及其瘤胃微生物群落结构的影响.选取同一草场放牧的健康、年龄和体重(167±6.48)kg相近的牦牛26头,按试验设计随机分为2组,每组13头,其中对照组牦牛归牧后不补饲精补料,试验组牦牛归牧后每头牦牛补饲1.5 kg精补料,但对各组牦牛均补饲0.5 kg·头-1的燕麦青干草,预试期为7 d,正试期为60 d.结果发现,试验组牦牛终末体重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组牦牛试验期间体重提高了 21.01%.试验组牦牛的血清中 GLU 的浓度极显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但 TC、HDL和LDL的浓度却极显著低于对照组(P<0.001).与对照组相比,试验组牦牛瘤胃微生物群落的Chao1物种丰富度指数和Shannon多样性指数显著降低(P<0.001),且试验组牦牛瘤胃中拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)、普雷沃氏菌科(Prevotellaceae)、瘤胃球菌科(Ruminococcaceae)等菌群的相对丰度升高,而厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、理研菌科(Rikenellaceae)、毛螺菌科(Lachnospiraceae)等菌群的相对丰度降低.同时,罗氏菌属(Roseburia)、琥珀酸弧菌属(Succinivibrio)、厌氧弧菌属(Anaerovibrio)等短链脂肪酸生成菌在试验组牦牛瘤胃显著富集(P<0.05),而奎因氏菌属(Quinella)、依赖杆菌属(Fretibacterium)、颤螺菌属(Oscillospira)等纤维降解菌在对照组牦牛瘤胃显著富集(P<0.05).综上,冷季放牧牦牛归牧后补饲适量的精补料能显著增加瘤胃短链脂肪酸生成菌的相对丰度,提高了血液中血糖浓度,进而提升了牦牛生产性能.
This study aims to investigate the effects of supplementary feeding during the cold season on the growth performance,blood metabolism,and rumen microbial community structure of grazing yaks.Twenty-six yaks with similar health,age,and weight(167±6.48)kg from the same pasture were selected for grazing.They were randomly divided into two groups of 13 yaks each according to the experimental design.The control group yaks were not supplemented with concentrated feed after returning from the pasture,while the experimental group yaks were supplemented with 1.5 kg of concentrated feed per head after returning from the pasture.In addition,all groups were supplemented with 0.5 kg of oat silage per head.The preliminary trial period was 7 days,and the actual trial period was 60 days.The results indicated that the final body weight and average daily weight gain of yaks in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),with the experimental group yaks showing a weight increase of 21.01%during the testing period.The concentration of GLU in the serum of the experimental group yaks was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001),while the concentrations of TC,HDL,and LDL were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Compared to the control group,the Chao1 species richness index and Shannon diversity index of the rumen microbial community in the experimental group yaks were significantly lower(P<0.001).In the experimental group,the relative abundance of microbial communities such as Bacteroidota,Prevotellaceae,and Ruminococcaceae in the yak rumen increased,while the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Rikenellaceae,and Lachnospiraceae decreased.At the same time,short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria such as Roseburia,Succinivibrio,and Anaerovibrio were significantly enriched in the rumen of the experimental group yaks(P<0.05),whereas fiber-degrading bacteria such as Quinella,Fretibacterium,and Oscillospira were significantly enriched in the rumen of the control group yaks(P<0.05).In summary,supplementing with appropriate concentrated feed after the yaks returned from the pasture during the cold season significantly increases the relative abundance of ruminal short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria,raises the blood glucose concentration,and thereby enhances the productivity of the yaks.
