高原动物的肠道微生物群落动态受低氧与高寒胁迫的显著影响.尽管动物高原适应性机制已被广泛研究,但肠道微生物在介导高原适应中的潜在作用仍被忽视.本文系统综述了高原动物肠道微生物与生态因子的相互作用,重点分析了低氧与高寒环境对菌群结构、基因、代谢功能及宿主的影响,并总结了肠道微生物通过肠-肝轴、胆汁酸代谢等途径通过调节能量代谢、氧化应激和消化吸收代谢帮助宿主适应极端环境的机制.本文从微生物组学角度为高原动物适应性进化提供新见解,为畜牧业生产中的抗逆育种措施提供参考.

The dynamics of gut microbial community in plateau animals are significantly affected by hypoxia and cold stress.Although mechanisms of plateau adaptation in animals have been extensively studied,the potential role of gut microbes in mediating plateau adaptation has been neglected.The interaction between gut microbiota and ecological factors in plateau animals was reviewed in this paper,and the effects of hypoxia and cold environment on the structure,gene,metabolic function and host of gut microbiota were analyzed,it was concluded that gut microbes help the host adapt to extreme environment by regulating energy metabolism,oxidative stress,digestion and absorption metabolism through intestinal-hepatic axis and bile acid metabolism.This paper provides new insights into adaptive evolution of plateau animals from the point of view of microbiome,and provides references for stress-resistant breeding in animal husbandry.
