巨噬细胞是哺乳动物卵巢中最丰富的免疫细胞,其数量和分布在卵巢中会周期性发生变化,是卵巢生理各个方面的重要参与者.本文系统梳理了近年来卵巢巨噬细胞相关的研究成果,重点阐述其起源、分化路径及核心生理功能,全面分析巨噬细胞在卵巢生理过程及病理状态中的作用机制与调控规律,总结其在卵巢功能稳态维持中的价值.本文旨在整合现有研究进展,为深入解析卵巢生理调控机制、优化动物生殖调控技术研发提供新的思路与理论依据,同时为卵巢相关疾病的防治提供潜在研究方向.

Macrophages are the most abundant immune cells in the mammalian ovary.Their quantity and distribution undergo periodic changes throughout the ovarian cycle,making them key participants in various aspects of ovarian physiology.This paper systematically reviews recent research findings related to ovarian macrophages,focusing on their origin,differentiation pathways,and core physiological functions.Furthermore,it comprehensively analyzes the mechanisms and regulatory patterns of macrophages in both physiological processes and pathological states.The review summarizes their value in maintaining ovarian functional homeostasis.This paper aims to integrate existing research progress to provide new insights and a theoretical basis for deeply elucidating the mechanisms of ovarian physiological regulation and optimizing the development of animal reproductive regulation technologies,while also offering potential research directions for the prevention and treatment of ovarian-related diseases.
