上行社会比较对学业内卷行为的影响:心理韧性的中介作用和自尊的调节作用OA
The Impact of Upward Social Comparison on Academic Involution Behavior:The Mediating Role of Psychological Resilience and the Moderating Role of Self-Esteem
目的:考察上行社会比较对大学生学业内卷行为的影响,以及心理韧性和自尊在其中的作用机制. 方法:采用方便取样的方式,主要以河南省某两所高校的大学生作为研究对象,采用爱荷华-荷兰比较倾向量表中的上行社会比较量表,以及心理韧性量表、自尊量表、学业内卷行为量表对332名大学生进行问卷调查.以心理韧性为中介变量,自尊为调节变量,分析上行社会比较对大学生学业内卷行为的影响机制. 结果:(1)上行社会比较正向预测大学生学业内卷行为(β=0.561,p<0.001);(2)心理韧性在上行社会比较和学业内卷行为之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的20%;(3)自尊对中介模型的前半段路径和后半段路径均起调节作用,自尊负向调节上行社会比较对心理韧性的影响(β=-0.272,p<0.001)以及心理韧性对学业内卷行为的影响(β=-0.135,p=0.002). 结论:上行社会比较通过心理韧性的中介作用和自尊的调节作用影响大学生的学业内卷行为.
Objective:To investigate the impact of upward social comparison on college students'academic involution behavior,as well as the underlying mechanisms of psychological resilience and self-esteem in this process. Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to recruit 332 college students mainly from two universities in Henan Province.The instruments comprised the Upward Social Comparison subscale of the Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measure,the Psychological Resilience Scale,the Self-Esteem Scale,and the Academic Involution Behavior Scale.Psychological resilience was used as the mediating variable,and self-esteem as the moderating variable,to analyze the mechanism through which upward social comparison affects academic involution behavior. Results:(1)Upward social comparison positively predicted academic involution behavior among college students(β=0.561,p<0.001);(2)Psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between upward social comparison and academic involution behavior,accounting for 20%of the total effect;(3)Self-esteem moderated the first and second halves of the mediating model.Self-esteem negatively moderated the effect of upward social comparison on psychological resilience(β=-0.272,p<0.001)and the effect of psychological resilience on academic involution behavior(β=-0.135,p=0.002). Conclusion:Upward social comparison can affect college students'academic involution behavior through the mediating effect of psychological resilience and the moderating effect of self-esteem.
