Study on the volume and effectiveness of centralized procurement of diabetes drugs based on a BI decision support system

目的 探讨基于BI决策支持系统建立覆盖糖尿病药物集采的精准、有效的管理体系.方法 2023年该院药学部启用BI决策支持系统对药物集采进行常态化管理.将2021-2022年未采用BI决策支持系统辅助管理集采药物治疗的糖尿病患者作为对照组,2023-2024年采用BI决策支持系统辅助管理集采药物治疗的糖尿病患者作为试验组.回顾性分析糖尿病药物集采量及实施效果.结果 试验组集采药物占比(95.20%)高于对照组(54.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患者出院时空腹血糖[(6.76±0.94)mmol/L]、治疗后血糖正常率(80.20%)均优于对照组[(11.16±0.68)mmol/L、62.39%],酮症酸中毒(0.08%)、低血糖(0.44%)、1年后糖尿病肾病(1.12%)及糖尿病足(3.00%)的发生率均较对照组(0.29%、1.89%、3.84%、11.00%)明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 BI决策支持系统辅助管理模式有利于糖尿病药物集采量效提升,该模式可为各医院糖尿病药物集采管理提供参考范本.

Objective To explore the establishment of a precise and effective management system cov-ering centralized procurement of diabetes drugs based on a BI decision support system.Methods In 2023,the Department of Pharmacy of the hospital implemented the BI decision support system for routine management of centralized drug procurement.Diabetic patients treated with centralized procurement drugs without the as-sistance of the BI decision support system from 2021 to 2022 were assigned as the control group,and those treated with centralized procurement drugs assisted by the BI decision support system from 2023 to 2024 were assigned as the experimental group.The procurement volume and implementation effects of centralized pro-curement of diabetes drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results The proportion of centrally procured drugs in the experimental group(95.20%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(54.70%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the fasting blood glucose[(6.76±0.94)mmol/L]and the rate of normoglycemia after treatment(80.20%)in the experimental group were significant-ly better than those in the control group[(11.16±0.68)mmol/L,62.39%].The incidence rates of ketoacido-sis(0.08%),hypoglycemia(0.44%),diabetic nephropathy at one year(1.12%),and diabetic foot(3.00%)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(0.29%,1.89%,3.84%,and 11.00%,respectively),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The BI decision sup-port system-assisted management model is conducive to improving the volume and effectiveness of centralized procurement of diabetes drugs.This model can serve as a reference template for the management of centralized drug procurement for diabetes in other hospitals.
