构思-设计-实现-运作模式下课程思政教学方案在输液室的应用OA
Application of ideation-design-implementation-operation model-based course ideological and political teaching plan in the infusion room
目的 探讨构思-设计-实现-运作模式下课程思政教学方案在输液室的应用效果.方法 选取2024年9月—2025年8月在输液室实习的160名护生作为研究对象.将2024年9月—2025年2月期间实施该教学模式前护生80名作为对照组,2025年3-8月实施后80名作为观察组.对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用构思-设计-实现-运作模式下课程思政教学方案,比较两组实习护生护理软技能、护理硬技能、临床教学效果等方面的差异.结果 观察组认知技能、职业情操、组织管理技能、人际关系技能、自我管理技能及护理软技能总分均高于对照组(P＜0.01);观察组评估能力、专业知识、专科技能、沟通技巧、应变能力、心理支持及总分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组带教老师满意度包括职业道德、教学理念、课程设置、讲授技巧、学生自主学习能力以及思政学习效果包括敬佑生命、提升职业素养、提升职业使命、明确学习目的、增强法治意识、培养科学精神均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 构思-设计-实现-运作模式下课程思政教学方案的应用提高了输液室实习护生护理软技能、护理硬技能及临床教学效果.
Objective Exploring the application effect of curriculum ideological and political teaching programs in infu-sion rooms under the conception-design-implementation-operation mode.Methods A total of 160 nursing students who interned in the infusion room from September 2024 to August 2025 were selected as research subjects.Among them,80 nursing students who underwent the teaching model before its implementation from September 2024 to February 2025 were assigned to the control group,and 80 nursing students who underwent it after implementation from March 2025 to August 2025 were assigned to the ob-servation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,while the observation group adopted a curriculum-based ideological and political education program under the conceive-design-implement-operate model.Differences in nursing soft skills,nursing hard skills,and clinical teaching effectiveness between the two groups of intern nursing students were compared.Results The scores of cognitive skills,professional ethics,organizational management skills,interpersonal skills,self-manage-ment skills,and nursing soft skills in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01);the scores of assessment ability,professional knowledge,specialized skills,communication skills,adaptability,psychological support,and total score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of teaching super-visors with the observation group,including professional ethics,teaching philosophy,curriculum design,lecture techniques,students' autonomous learning ability,and the effectiveness of ideological and political education(including cherishing life,en-hancing professional quality,elevating professional mission,clarifying learning objectives,strengthening legal awareness,and cultivating scientific spirit)were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of a curric-ulum ideological and political teaching program under the mode of conception-design-implementation-operation has improved the nursing soft skills,nursing hard skills,and clinical teaching effectiveness of nursing students during their internship in the infu-sion room.
