Analysis of the current situation of clinical research project management and review initiated by re-searchers against the backdrop of high-quality development
研究者发起的临床研究(investigator-initiated trial,IIT)对医疗机构高质量发展的重要程度日益增加,文章通过文献调查结合广东省某三甲医院工作实践,对IIT项目管理与审查现状进行分析,总结工作实践经验,剖析目前存在的问题与困难,提出相关对策与建议,以期加强IIT管理与审查的规范,提高IIT项目质量,为医疗机构优化资源配置、满足高质量发展需求提供参考.
The importance of investigator-initiated trial(IIT)for the high-quality development of medical institutions is increasing day by day.This article analyzes the current situation of IIT project management and review through literature review and the work practice of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province.It summarizes the work practice experience,analyzes the ex-isting problems and difficulties,proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and hopes to strengthen the standardization of IIT and improve the quality of IIT projects,providing reference for medical institutions to optimize resource allocation and meet the needs of high-quality development.
