基于智慧医务系统的医疗技术临床应用全流程管理实践探索OA
Practice and exploration of full-process management for the clinical application of medical technology based on the smart medical service system
在公立医院高质量发展的政策背景下,梳理分析医疗技术临床应用管理难点,结合广东省第二人民医院智慧医务系统建设实践,设计医疗新技术管理、手术分级授权等核心模块,实现"准入-实施-监控-评价-调整-退出"全流程闭环管理.实践表明,该系统使医疗新技术平均审批周期缩短50%,手术越权开具率降至0,医务管理效率大幅提升,并实现与院内HIS、EMR系统数据互通.最后建立技术目录动态更新机制、加强各级监管平台数据融合等优化方向,为医疗机构医疗技术智能化管理提供参考范本与实操案例.
Under the policy context of high-quality development in public hospitals,this study identifies and analyzes chal-lenges in the clinical application management of medical technologies.Drawing on the practical experience of building a smart medi-cal system at Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital,it designs core modules for managing new medical technologies and surgical grading authorization,enabling a closed-loop process covering"accession,implementation,monitoring,evaluation,adjust-ment,and withdrawal."Practice has shown that the system reduces the average approval cycle for new medical technologies by 50%,eliminates unauthorized surgical orders entirely,significantly improves medical administration efficiency,and achieves data interoperability with the hospital's HIS and EMR systems.Finally,the study proposes optimization directions such as establishing a dynamic updating mechanism for technology directories and enhancing data integration across multi-level regulatory platforms,provi-ding a reference model and practical case for intelligent management of medical technologies in healthcare institutions.
