一体化闭环管理的城市轨道交通运营安全平台建设与应用OA

Aiming at the problems of business fragmentation,prominent information silos,disconnection between risk control requirements and on-site implementation,and difficulties in the implementation of the dual prevention mechanism in traditional safety management under the networked operation of urban rail transit,an integrated closed-loop urban rail transit operational safety management platform was constructed,and the core mechanisms of full-chain business integration and linkage as well as on-site mobile collaborative closed-loop management were established in accordance with the statutory construction requirements of the national dual prevention mechanism and the actual full-line network management demands of Nanning Rail Transit.The application results show that the platform has realized 100%online circulation of core safety businesses,with the hidden danger rectification closure rate steadily maintained above 99.9%.It significantly improves the capabilities of safety management and control,emergency disposal and data-driven decision-making,and provides a replicable practical solution for the digital transformation of operational safety management in urban rail transit.
