基于Python的手机销售数据智能分析与可视化研究OA
Research on Intelligent Analysis and Visualization of Mobile Phone Sales Data Based on Python
随着移动互联网的快速发展,手机销售数据呈现规模化、实时化与多源化特征.为应对传统人工分析效率低、难以适应复杂数据的问题,本文提出一套基于 Python 的手机销售数据分析与可视化系统.系统实现数据采集、结构化预处理、可视化展示及销量智能预测等功能.实验表明,所构建的随机森林模型销量等级预测准确率达 78.91%,显著优于逻辑回归(38.54%),具有较高准确性.
With the rapid development of mobile internet,mobile phone sales data exhibit characteristics of scalability,real-time processing,and multi-sourcing.To address the issues of low efficiency and difficulty in adapting to complex data in traditional manual analysis,this paper proposes a mobile phone sales data analysis and visualization system based on Python.The system implements functions such as data collection,structured preprocessing,visual display,and intelligent sales forecasting.Experiments show that the constructed random forest model achieves an accuracy rate of 78.91%in sales level prediction,significantly outperforming logistic regression(38.54%),demonstrating high accuracy.
