解决灯会园区服务设施功能单一、内容不足的问题,创新设计灯会园区智慧服务站.运用KANO模型对用户需求进行调研并划分出必备、期望和魅力属性,AHP 层次分析法建立需求层次结构模型确定需求指标权重排序,QFD质量屋构建用户需求-设计技术特性关联矩阵,获取技术特性权重,并引入FBS模型,将高权重技术特性映射为功能、行为与结构设计要求,以此指导设计实践.KANO-AHP-QFD-FBS 整合模型将主观、模糊的用户需求量化为客观、确切的设计参数,实现了从用户需求到系统设计要求的有效转化,使设计更加具有针对性与落地性;灯会园区智慧服务站为用户提供了高效、智慧的服务体验,同时也为文旅场景下的公共服务设施创新设计提供了新的研究思路与范例.

To address the issues of single functionality and insufficient content in the service facilities of the lantern festival park,an innovative smart service station is designed.The KANO model is employed to investigate user needs and categorize them into essential,expected,and attractive attributes.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to establish a hierarchical model of requirements and determine the weight ranking of demand indicators.The Quality Function Deployment(QFD)House is constructed to create an association matrix between user needs and design technical characteristics,identifying the weights of technical features.The FBS model is then introduced to map high-weight technical features into functional,behavioral,and structural design requirements,guiding the design process.The integrated KANO-AHP-QFD-FBS model quantifies subjective and ambiguous user needs into objective and precise design parameters,effectively transforming user requirements into systematic design specifications.This enhances the targeted and practical nature of the design.The smart service station in the lantern festival park delivers efficient and intelligent service experiences for users while providing new research insights and examples for the innovative design of public service facilities in cultural tourism contexts.
