Research on Constructing a Future Industry Intelligence Perception System Driven by Multi-Source Data Fusion
[目的/意义]面对高度不确定的产业竞争态势和日益复杂的信息环境,构建适应未来产业发展需求的情报感知体系,对支撑未来产业战略决策具有重要的理论价值和现实意义.[方法/过程]在系统梳理未来产业内涵特征及其情报感知现实困境的基础上,阐释多源数据融合在提升情报分析深度与广度方面的赋能作用,进而从情报用户、情报对象与情报任务3个维度洞察情报感知需求,并据此探索多源数据融合驱动下未来产业情报感知的实施路径.[结果/结论]以多源数据融合为核心驱动力,以情报感知理论为基本指导,构建了涵盖数据感知、情景感知、态势感知与情报响应4个层面的未来产业情报感知体系,为实现未来产业战略研判的精准化、动态化与智能化提供了参考路径.
[Purpose/Significance]Against the backdrop of accelerated global technological and industrial evolution,intelligence perception has become an important tool supporting national technological security,industrial competitive-ness,and strategic governance.International research has long focused on the role of intelligence in technology foresight,risk identification,and innovation monitoring.However,relevant studies mostly revolve around specific industries or single intelligence tasks and rarely systematically explore the overall construction of intelligence perception systems from the perspective of future industries—a new context characterized by high uncertainty,cross-domain coupling,and weak signal aggregation.Meanwhile,domestic research has accumulated significant foundations in technological security,inte-lligence perception,and multi-source data integration,but still suffers from insufficient theoretical integration and unclear systematic frameworks.In response to these research gaps,this paper attempts to explore the construction logic and imple-mentation approach of an intelligence perception system for future industries from the perspective of multi-source data inte-gration.[Method/Process]This paper adopted literature review,thematic summarization,and comparative analysis to sys-tematically sort out domestic and international research achievements concerning the connotations and strategic layout of future industries.Based on this,it identified the practical challenges faced by future industries,explained the enabling role of multi-source data integration in enhancing the depth and breadth of intelligence analysis,and extracted perception needs in future industry contexts across three dimensions:intelligence users,intelligence subjects,and intelligence tasks.By integrating research on technological security,risk early warning,and innovation governance,the study further ana-lyzed the functional positioning and organizational mechanisms of multi-source data integration in intelligence analysis,and accordingly explored feasible implementation pathways for intelligence perception in future industries.[Result/Conclu-sion]Centered on multi-source data integration and combined with intelligence perception theory,this paper proposes a future industry intelligence perception system comprising four levels:data perception,situational perception,trend percep-tion,and intelligence response.Compared to international research traditions primarily focused on technology foresight,early warning,or single-point monitoring,the innovations of this study are mainly reflected in three aspects:first,incorpo-rating the strategic,disruptive,and uncertain nature of future industries into the intelligence analysis framework;second,systematically combining intelligence user needs,task types,and intelligence subject characteristics to provide theoretical support for dynamic and intelligent intelligence perception;third,proposing a systematic and generalizable framework logic that offers new theoretical references and methodological insights for improving strategic judgment capabilities of future industries,enhancing national technological security resilience,and participating in international innovation co-operation and competition.
