Research on Dynamic Performance of 160 km/h Ballasted Track with Trapezoidal Sleepers
为保障环行试验线上 160 km/h 梯形轨枕有砟轨道行车安全性与可靠性试验的顺利开展,采用有限元分析软件建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型,并分析了不同车速条件下梯形轨枕有砟轨道的振动指标、车体运行平稳性指标及运行稳定性指标.结果表明:①梯形轨枕道床横向阻力达 18.3 kN/m,较规范要求提高 55.2%,纵向阻力达125 kN,满足设计要求;②相较传统Ⅲc 型轨枕道床,梯形轨枕下道砟应力降低 50%以上(由 0.12~0.14 MPa 降至0.04~0.05 MPa);③160 km/h 车速下,钢轨垂向位移最大值为 0.42 mm,轨枕垂向加速度最大值为 87.13 m/s2,均低于规范限值;④车体运行平稳性及列车运行稳定性指标均满足规范要求且安全裕度较大.各项动力学评价指标均满足规范要求,验证了轨道结构设计的安全性与合理性.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of tests on the running safety and reliability of the ballasted track with trapezoidal sleepers at a speed of 160 km/h on the Circular Test Track,a vehicle-track coupled dynamic model was established using finite element analysis software.The vibration indicators of the ballasted track with trapezoidal sleepers,as well as the vehicle body ride comfort and running stability indices under different vehicle speeds were analyzed.The results show that:①the lateral resistance of trapezoidal sleeper ballast bed reaches 18.3 kN/m,which is 55.2%higher than the specification requirement;and the longitudinal resistance is 125 kN,meeting the design requirements;②compared with the traditional TypeⅢc sleeper track bed,the ballast stress under trapezoidal sleepers is reduced by more than 50%,decreasing from 0.12~0.14 MPa to 0.04~0.05 MPa;③at a speed of 160 km/h,the maximum vertical rail displacement is 0.42 mm,and the vertical acceleration of sleepers is 87.13 m/s2,both of which are lower than the specification limits;④both vehicle body ride comfort and running stability indices meet the specification requirements with a considerable safety margin.All dynamic evaluation indices meet the specification requirements,verifying the safety and rationality of the track structure design.
