基于无人机倾斜摄影的钢箱梁桥三维精细化巡检研究OA
Research on Three-dimensional Refined Inspection of Steel Box Girder Bridges Based on UAV Oblique Photography
针对大跨度钢箱梁桥病害检查难度大、效率低和工作空间受限的问题,以崇启大桥为研究对象,提出了基于五向航线三维模型与桥侧航线相结合的精细化巡检模式.通过五条航线建立钢箱梁桥的初始三维实景模型,在桥梁结构重点关注部位标记特征点,并使用 DJI Terra 软件设定无人机的飞行路径和实时动作,对桥梁展开三维精细化巡检.研究结果表明,依托三维实景模型开展精细化巡检,能够精准定位并重点关注关键部位的病害问题,提高数据采集的针对性和有效性,为后续表观病害图像识别和分级评价工作构建基础.
In response to the problems of inspecting the structural health of large-span steel box girder bridges,which are char-acterized by difficulties,low efficiency,and limited workspace,a refined inspection mode combining a five-way flight route three-dimensional model with bridge-side aerial was proposed,with the Chongqi Bridge serving as the research subject.This approach involved the establishment of an initial three-dimensional real-scene model of the steel box girder bridge through the use of five-flight paths.Key points of interest on the bridge structure were marked,and DJI Terra software was employed to program the flight paths and real-time actions of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle).Subsequently,a comprehensive three-dimensional refined inspection of the bridge was conducted.Research results indicate that conducting refined inspections based on three-dimensional real-scene models enables precise positioning and focused monitoring of defects in critical areas,enhancing the targeting and effectiveness of data collection,and building a foundation for subsequent surface defect image rec-ognition and grading evaluation.
