新型男性外生殖器自取样器在HPV检测中的应用研究OA
Research on a novel male external genitalia self-sampling device in HPV detection
目的:评估一种新型男性外生殖器全方位脱落细胞自取样器在 HPV 检测中的可行性,为男性 HPV 检测提供新思路.方法:选取2024 年9 月至2025 年11 月于潍坊市人民医院宫颈疾病科就诊的 HPV 阳性女性的男性配偶为研究对象.依次接受传统医取样和新型自取样,采用实时荧光 PCR 检测 HPV 亚型及病毒载量,并通过问卷调查评估受试者对 HPV 的认知及对新型取样器的接受度.结果:398 例受试者中,HPV 总体感染率为59.8%(238/398).新型自取样 HPV 检出率为50.5%(201/398),显著高于传统医取样的40.7%(162/398),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).新型自取样在病毒载量检测中中位数显著更高(P<0.01).问卷调查显示,89.2%的受试者倾向于自取样,其便捷性(99.4%认为方便)、舒适度(78.7%无不适)及隐私保护获得高度评价.结论:该新型自取样器在 HPV 检出率、病毒载量检测灵敏度及使用体验方面均优于传统方法,是一种可靠、高效且易于推广的男性 HPV 检测工具.
Objective:To assess the feasibility of a novel all-round self-sampling device for exfoliated cells from the male external genitalia in HPV detection,offering a new strategy for male HPV screening.Methods:Male spouses of HPV-positive women attending the Department of Cervical Diseases,Weifang People's Hospital from September 2024 to November 2025 were enrolled.Each participant received both traditional clinician-collected sampling and the novel self-sampling.HPV genotyping and viral load were detected by real-time fluorescent PCR.A questionnaire evaluated participants'HPV knowledge and acceptance of the new device.Re-sults:Among 398 participants,the overall HPV infection rate was 59.8%(238/398).The HPV detection rate with self-sampling was 50.5%(201/398),significantly higher than with clinician-collected sampling(40.7%,162/398;P<0.001).Self-sampling also yielded a signif-icantly higher median viral load(P<0.01).The survey showed 89.2%preferred self-sam-pling,with high ratings for convenience(99.4%),comfort(78.7%reported no discomfort),and privacy protection.Conclusion:The novel self-sampling device outperforms traditional cli-nician-collected methods in HPV detection rate,viral load sensitivity,and user experience,pro-ving to be a reliable,efficient,and readily promotable tool for male HPV testing.
