基于 TOPSIS 和灰色关联法的陕西省"三生"空间功能动态评价研究OACHSSCD
Research on Dynamic Evaluation of"San Sheng"Space Functions in Shaanxi Province Based on TOPSIS and Grey Relational Method
在"美丽中国"背景下,"三生"空间的功能提升已成为区域可持续发展的关键议题.基于"生产-生活-生态"功能视角,构建了"三生"空间功能评价指标体系,并利用陕西省关中、陕南、陕北 3 个区域的 6个样本城市2018-2023 年数据和 GRA-JS-TOPSIS 方法对陕西省"三生"空间功能进行了动态评价.结果表明:陕南地区整体功能水平保持平稳态势;关中地区在快速城市化进程中承载压力大、功能表现不稳定;陕北地区起点较低,但部分城市呈明显的后发改善态势.陕西省"三生"空间功能整体呈显著区域分化格局,提出应通过强化国土空间管控、落实绿色基础设施建设与产业转型等措施,推动区域"三生"空间功能提升与区域格局优化.
Under the background of"Beautiful China",the functional improvement of"San Sheng"Spaces has become a key issue for regional sustainable development.Based on the functional perspective of"production-life-ecology",the functional evaluation index system of the"San Sheng"space was constructed.And using the data of six sample cities in the three regions of Guanzhong,Shaannan and Shaanbei of Shaanxi Province from 2018 to 2023,and the GRA-JS-TOPSIS method,the dynamic evaluation on the"San Sheng"spatial functions in Shaanxi province was conducted.The results showed that the overall functional level in southern Shaanxi remained stable;Guanzhong area had high bearing pressure and unstable functional perform-ance during the rapid urbanization process.The starting point in the northern Shaanxi region is relatively low,but some cities had shown a clear trend of subsequent improvement.The overall spatial functions of"San Sheng"in Shaanxi Province show a significant regional differentiation pattern.So it is proposed that measures such as strengthening the control of territorial space,implementing green infrastructure construction and indus-trial transformation should be taken to promote the improvement of regional"San Sheng"spatial functions and the optimization of regional patterns.
