输电线路中,耐张绝缘子串上扬会引起正挂绝缘子伞裙积水积污,降低绝缘子绝缘强度,同时耐张线夹上扬会使雨水通过线夹出 口缝隙流入管内,在低温结冰时引发冻胀导致耐张线夹损坏,影响线路安全运行.为避免上述现象,需采取绝缘子倒挂以及耐张线夹注脂等应对措施,作为是否采取措施的依据,准确计算耐张串和耐张线夹的倾角十分重要.本文探讨了特高压线路耐张串倾角的准确计算问题.列举了传统的垂直档距法和简易简支梁法的耐张串倾角计算方法,对于特高压线路,传统的计算方法由于过于简化或者未充分考虑特高压耐张串长度与重量的影响,计算结果不够准确.本文在简支梁力矩平衡原理的基础上,提出了一种新的耐张串倾角及挂点支点反力计算方法,并通过Ansys有限元仿真分析验证.结果表明,新方法的计算结果与Ansys仿真结果非常接近,当高差较小时,和Ansys仿真几乎一致,完全满足特高压工程耐张串及耐张线夹倾角计算的准确性要求,也适用于计算档中一侧是耐张串一侧是悬垂串的情况,具有广泛的应用性.

The uplift of tension insulator strings in power transmission lines can lead to the accumulation of water and dirt on the skirts of vertically-hung insulators,thus,the insulating strength of the insulators is reduced.Meanwhile,the uplift of tension clamps can allow the water to enter the conduit through the gaps at the clamp exit,which may freeze at low temperatures causing the expansion and resulting in the damage to the tension clamps.Furthermore,the safe operation of the lines is affected.To avoid such phenomena,it is necessary to take countermeasures such as inverting the insulators and greasing the tension clamps.The accurate calculation of the inclination angle of the tension string and tension clamp is crucial for determining whether to take such measures or not.The accurate calculation of the inclination angle of ultra-high voltage tension insulator strings is discussed in this paper.The traditional method of vertical span and the simple method of supported beam for calculating the angle of inclination of the tension insulator string are listed.For ultra-high voltage lines,the traditional methods are not accurate enough due to oversimplification or insufficient consideration in the effects of the length and weight of the ultra-high voltage tension insulator strings.Based on the principle of simple supported beam moment balance,a novel method for calculating the inclination angle of the tension string and the reaction force at the hanging point is proposed in this paper,which is verified by the simulation of Ansys finite element.The results show that the new method is very close to the Ansys simulation,and almost identical as the height difference is small.Moreover,the accuracy requirements for the angle calculation of ultra-high voltage engineering tension strings and clamps are fully met.The novel method is also applicable to the situation where one side of the span is a tension string and the other side is a suspension string.Thereby,a wide range of applicability is indicated.
