本文提出了一种基于新型等效模型的逆变器故障诊断方法.首先,通过分析以往开关管建模的不合理之处,提出新型开关管等效模型,并在此基础上建立了新型逆变器键合图模型用于诊断故障.然后,针对离散状态变量的不确定性导致的误报问题,提出了 一个根据离散状态变化自动矫正残差值的反馈矫正机制,并通过优化问题优化参数设置.最后,建立非合并的故障特征矩阵诊断IGBT,提高对IGBT参数故障的诊断性能.仿真结果表明,所提矫正机制能有效解决由离散状态变量的不确定性导致的误报问题,新型等效模型和新型诊断方法均能提高故障隔离性能.

An method of inverter fault diagnosis based on a novel equivalent model is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a new switch equivalent model is presented by analyzing the deficiencies in previous switch modeling,upon which a novel bond graph model of the inverter is established for fault diagnosis.To address the issue of false alarms caused by the uncertainty of discrete state variables,a feedback correction mechanism is introduced,which automatically corrects residual values based on discrete state changes,with its parameter settings optimized through an optimization problem.Furthermore,a fault diagnosis method based on a non-fused fault signature matrix is established,and the diagnosis of IGBT parameter faults is enhanced.The simulations demonstrate that the proposed correction mechanism effectively resolves false alarms due to discrete state variable uncertainty,and both the novel equivalent model and the new diagnosis method improve the performance of fault isolation.
