山梨醇广泛应用于医药、食品及日用品等领域,随着需求增长,其制备技术备受关注.系统综述了化学催化法、电解还原法和生物发酵法3种主流制备工艺.化学催化法仍为工业主流,目前亟待进行连续化工艺改进;电解还原法存在能耗高、转化率低等缺陷,需优化阴极材料以提高转化率;生物发酵法虽能在温和条件下获得高纯度产品,但成本效益低制约其工业化进程.综合分析表明,山梨醇的制备工艺技术升级改造是产品提质降本增效的必由之路,未来应不断拓展其在新兴领域的应用,助力行业可持续发展.

Sorbitol is widely used in pharmaceuticals,foods,daily chemicals,and other fields.With the growing market of demand,its preparation technologies have attracted increasing research attention.In this study,we systematically reviewed three mainstream preparation processes:chemical catalysis,electrolytic reduction,and biological fermentation.Among them,chemical catalysis remains the dominant industrial method,yet it requires further optimization toward continuous processing.The electrolytic reduction method suffers from high energy consumption and low conversion efficiency,necessitating development of advanced cathode materials to improve conversion rates.The biological fermentation method enables the production of high-purity sorbitol under mild conditions;however,its high cost and low economic efficiency limits industrial scalability.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the upgrading and transformation of sorbitol preparation technologies are essential pathways to enhance product quality,reduce costs,and improve production efficiency.Future efforts should focus on expanding sorbitol applications in emerging fields to promote sustainable development of the industry.
