磷尾矿资源化利用研究进展OA

磷尾矿作为磷矿浮选过程的主要固体废弃物,蕴含丰富的有价组分,但受限于其物理化学惰性,目前整体综合利用率依然偏低.在"双碳"目标与绿色矿山建设背景下,探索磷尾矿的低碳、高效利用路径是缓解我国磷资源开发压力、实现生态与经济效益统一的关键.磷尾矿的资源化利用主要包括四个层面:有价元素的提取与回收、建筑材料的制备、矿山采空区的充填,以及农业领域土壤改良剂、肥料或保水剂的应用.然而,当前技术仍面临能耗高、成本与材料性能难以协同和附加值低等问题.未来研究应重点发展清洁高值化与多固废协同应用,突破低成本、低能耗的活化与梯级分离技术;同时完善环境安全与生态风险评估机制,保障体系的长期稳定性,促进磷尾矿的规模化消纳与全量化综合利用,实现生态环境保护与资源可持续利用.

Phosphate tailings are the primary solid waste generated during the phosphate rock flotation process and contain abundant valuable components.Nevertheless,restricted by their physicochemical inertness,the overall comprehensive utilization rate remains relatively low.Against the backdrop of the dual carbon goal and green mine construction,exploring low-carbon and high-efficiency utilization approaches for phosphate tailings is critical to alleviating the pressure of phosphorus resource exploitation in China and balancing ecological and economic benefits.Utilization approaches of phosphate tailings are mainly divided into four categories:extraction and recovery of valuable elements;preparation of building materials;backfilling of mine goafs;and application as soil amendments,fertilizers or water retaining agents in agriculture.However,existing technologies still suffer from high energy consumption,difficulty in balancing cost and material performance,and low added value of products.Future research should prioritize development of clean high-value utilization and collaborative disposal of multiple solid wastes,and make breakthroughs in low-cost and low-energy-consumption activation and cascade separation technologies.Meanwhile,it is necessary to improve the evaluation mechanism of environmental safety and ecological risks,guarantee long-term stability of the utilization system,promote large-scale disposal and comprehensive full-quantity utilization of phosphate tailings,and realize ecological environment protection and sustainable utilization of resources.
