橡胶粒径与掺量对橡胶砂液化性能的影响OACHSSCD
Study on the Influence of Rubber Particle Size and Content on Liquefaction Performance of Rubber Sand Mixture
为研究橡胶砂这种新型土工填料的液化特性,本文对不同橡胶颗粒粒径和体积掺量的橡胶砂进行了空心圆柱扭剪试验,探究橡胶砂动孔隙水压力和剪切变形特性的发展规律.试验结果表明,橡胶颗粒的掺入对砂土液化性能的影响较为显著,橡胶掺量低于10%的橡胶砂动孔隙水压力发展曲线与纯砂几乎一致;橡胶掺量为20%~40%的橡胶砂存在更多的砂-胶接触,其抗液化性能随着橡胶掺量的增加而增大,而塑性变形逐渐降低;橡胶掺量超过50%的橡胶砂不再发生液化破坏.当橡胶掺量为30%时,掺入小于砂土粒径的橡胶颗粒会增强橡胶砂的抗液化性能;当掺入的橡胶粒径大于砂土粒径时,橡胶砂表现出明显的弹塑性特征,并且随着橡胶粒径的增大,整体弹性呈现下降趋势,其抗液化性能相比纯砂有所下降.
In order to study the liquefaction characteristics of rubber sand mixtures,a new type of geotechnical filler,this study conducted hollow cylinder torsional shear tests on rubber sand mixture with different rubber particle sizes and volume contents,and the development laws of dynamic pore water pressure and shear deformation characteristics of the rubber sand mixture were investigated.The test results show that the addition of rubber particles has a significant effect on the liquefaction resist-ance of sand.In the rubber sand mixtures with less than 10%rubber content,the dynamic pore water pressure development curve of the mixture is almost the same as that of pure sand.The mixture with a rubber content of 20%-40%has more sand-rubber contact,and the liquefaction resistance increases with the rubber content,while the plastic deformation decreases gradually.The mixture with a rubber content of more than 50%does not liquefy.Under the condition of 30%rubber content,adding rubber particles smaller than the particle size of sand will enhance the liquefaction resistance of the mixture.When the rubber particle size is larger than that of sand,the mixture exhibits obvious the elastoplastic properties.Moreover,as the particle size of the rubber increases,the overall elasticity shows a down-ward trend,and its liquefaction resistance is relatively lower than that of pure sand.
