Effects of Different Concentrations of Continuous Cropping Related Factors on Seedling Growth of Maize
为确定玉米连作障碍主要影响因子对苗期生长的作用效应,用盆栽试验模拟根系分泌物、腐解物、风干物、根际土浸提液和苯甲酸5个因子,设3个浓度,测定玉米苗期生长及生理指标,用敏感指数综合评价化感强度.结果表明,各个因子对玉米生长的影响都是浓度依赖的,低浓度处理下各项指标与对照没有显著差异,高浓度处理抑制作用显著增强.
To determine the effects of key factors influencing maize continuous cropping obstacles on seedling growth,a potexperiment was conducted.Five factors were simulated:root exudates,humus,wind-dried material,rhizosphere soil extract,and benzoic acid.Three concentration gradients were established,and the growth and physiological indicators of maize seedlingswere measured.The sensitivity index was used to comprehensively evaluate the intensity of allelopathy.The results showed that the effects of each factor on maize growth were concentration-dependent.Under low-concentration treatments,no significantdifferences were observed compared to the control,while the inhibitory were effects significantly increased under high-concentration treatments.
