振打式除尘器在单晶硅棒直拉工艺中的应用与优化研究OA

采用直拉法制造单晶硅棒的过程中产生的混合粉尘是影响单晶硅质量、设备稳定性和生产安全的核心因素之一.针对传统振打式除尘器面临的清灰不彻底、滤袋易损伤、炉压波动大等难题,首先对振打式除尘器的工作机理进行了分析;然后对滤袋的失效模式及其对直拉工艺的负面影响进行了深度剖析,并针对性地从滤袋材质与结构优化、智能控制策略的升级与应用、氧化工艺的安全强化措施 3 个方面提出优化方案;最后对振打式除尘器的未来发展趋势进行了展望.研究结果表明:1)滤袋的失效模式主要包括透气量不足型失效、烧毁型失效、漏灰/破损型失效这 3种类型.2)采用PTFE纤维的滤袋能显著提升其抗机械疲劳能力与使用寿命.3)基于压差传感器的触发控制功能可实现"按需除尘",避免了不必要的振打,从而极大延长了滤袋使用寿命,并稳定了除尘器的系统压力.4)建立基于集尘腔温度、氧化时间、氧浓度的多重硬联锁安全氧化流程,是消除硅粉燃爆风险、保障人身与设备安全的根本性技术措施.

The mixed dust generated during the process of manufacturing c-Si rods using the CZ process is one of the core factors affecting the quality of c-Si,equipment stability,and production safety.In response to the challenges faced by traditional vibrating dust collectors,such as incomplete dust cleaning,easy damage to filter bags,and large fluctuations in furnace pressure,this paper first analyzes the working mechanism of vibrating dust collectors.Then,a deep analysis is conducted on the failure modes of the filter bag and its negative impact on the CZ process,and targeted optimization solutions are proposed from three aspects:optimization of filter bag material and structure,upgrading and application of intelligent control strategy,and safety enhancement measures for oxidation process.Finally,the future development trend of vibration dust collectors is discussed.The research results show that:1)The failure modes of filter bags mainly include three types:insufficient air permeability failure,burnout failure,and ash leakage/damage failure.2)The use of PTFE fiber filter bags can significantly improve their mechanical fatigue resistance and service life.3)The fuction based on differential pressure sensors can achieve"on-demand dust removal",avoiding unnecessary vibration and greatly extending the service life of the filter bag,while stabilizing the system pressure of dust collection chamber.4)Establishing a multiple hard interlock safety oxidation process based on dust collection chamber temperature,oxidation time,and oxygen concentration is a fundamental technical measure to eliminate the risk of silicon powder explosion and ensure personal and equipment safety.
