风能资源评估精准度提升策略的研究OA
RESEARCH ON STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE ACCURACY OF WIND ENERGY RESOURCE ASSESSMENT
风电场前期开发时,需要对风能资源进行定量评估和发电量预测,评估精准度将直接影响项目的经济性和可行性.为提升风能资源评估的精准度,采用定量分析法对主流风能资源数据分析平台与实际测风塔的主要参数匹配度进行了综合比较;并从多个维度对不同数据源的中尺度时间序列数据与实际测风塔实测数据之间的拟合度进行了对比分析;最后以兰州市某规划风电场场址区域为例,分别基于海拔和距离因素对虚拟测风塔的准确度进行了研究.研究结果表明:1)远景格林威治平台在年平均风速、全期平均风切变指数、威布尔分布形状参数这 3 个指标上均与测风塔的实测数据匹配度最高,建议在风能资源评估缺乏测风塔实测数据,需要进行风能资源基础数据查询时,选择该数据分析平台.2)在实测数据预处理工作中选择中尺度时间序列数据作为代表年分析的参考数据集时,建议中国的山地地区优先选择大贤风格能源气象数据源,平原地区优先选择 MERRA2 再分析数据源,沿海地区优先选择 ERA5 再分析数据源.3)针对风电场建模,采用高-低海拔双虚拟测风塔的中尺度时间序列数据作为风场模拟测算的输入条件,或以远距离实际测风塔实测数据与目标机位区域中尺度时间序列数据融合插补后构建远距中尺度融合虚拟测风塔,采用该虚拟测风塔的中尺度时间序列数据作为风场模拟测算的输入条件,这 2 种方法均可显著提升风能资源评估的精准度与可靠性.
In the preliminary development of wind farms,it is essential to conduct quantitative assessments of wind resource and power generation capacity predictions,as the accuracy of these evaluations directly impacts the economy and feasibility of projects.In order to improve the accuracy of wind energy resource assessment,this paper uses quantitative analysis method to comprehensively compare the main parameter matching degree between mainstream wind energy resource data analysis platforms and actual wind measurement towers.And a comparative analysis is conducted on the fitting degree between mesoscale time series data from different data sources and actual wind tower measurement data from multiple dimensions.Finally,taking a planned wind farm site area in Lanzhou City as an example,the accuracy of virtual wind measurement towers is studied based on altitude and distance factors.The research results show that:1)The Envision's Greenwich platform has the highest matching degree with the measured data of wind measurement towers in terms of annual average wind speed,overall average wind shear index,and Weibull distribution shape parameters.It is recommended to choose this data analysis platform when wind energy resource assessment lacks measured data of wind measurement towers and requires basic data query of wind energy resources.2)When selecting mesoscale time series data as the reference dataset for representative annual analysis in the preprocessing of measured data,it is recommended to prioritize the use of DX-Wind Style Energy&Meteorology Platform data sources in mountainous areas of China,MERRA2 reanalysis data sources in plain areas,and ERA5 reanalysis data sources in coastal areas.3)For modeling wind farms,mesoscale time series data from high-low altitude dual virtual wind measurement towers are used as input conditions for wind field simulation calculations,or remote actual wind measurement tower measurement data is fused and interpolated with mesoscale time series data from the target machine location area to construct a remote mesoscale fusion virtual wind measurement tower,the mesoscale time series data from this virtual wind measurement tower is used as input conditions for wind field simulation calculations,both methods can significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of wind energy resource assessment.
