有限元分析在跟踪式光伏支架中的应用进展OA

在中国"双碳"目标和能源转型的大背景之下,光伏发电迎来了快速发展,跟踪式光伏支架因能够显著提高光伏组件的发电效率得到了广泛应用,其结构设计会直接影响光伏发电系统的稳定性和经济效益.有限元分析是功能强大的分析工具,在跟踪式光伏支架结构设计环节发挥了举足轻重的作用.在介绍了跟踪式光伏支架的优势及分类的基础上,从单元选择、材料属性、位移边界条件、荷载施加4个方面对跟踪式光伏支架有限元模型的建立进行了分析;然后从受力性能、抗风性能、结构优化设计3个方面梳理了有限元分析在跟踪式光伏支架中的研究进展.研究结果表明:对跟踪式光伏支架连接件、连接节点等建立精细化的有限元模型,可以更准确地反映跟踪式光伏支架的真实力学性能、破坏模式等.研究结果可为后续采用有限元分析和优化设计方法探索更安全、更经济、更高效的跟踪式光伏支架结构形式或新的光伏支架结构形式提供参考.

Against the backdrop of China's goals of emission peak and carbon neutrality and energy transition,PV power generation has experienced rapid development.Tracking PV brackets have been widely used due to their ability to significantly improve the power generation efficiency of PV modules,their structural design directly affects the stability and economic benefits of PV power generation systems.Finite element analysis is a powerful analytical tool that plays a crucial role in the design of tracking PV bracket structures.This paper first introduces the advantages and classification of tracking PV brackets.Then,the establishment of the finite element model for the tracking PV bracket is analyzed from four key elements:unit selection,material properties,displacement boundary conditions,and load application.Finally,the research progress of finite element analysis in tracking PV brackets is summarized from three aspects:stress performance,wind resistance performance,and structural optimization design.The research results show that establishing a refined finite element model for tracking PV bracket connectors,connection nodes,etc.can more accurately reflect the true mechanical properties,failure modes,etc.of tracking PV brackets.The research results can provide a reference for explore safer,more economical,and more efficient forms of tracking PV bracket structures or new forms of PV bracket structures through finite element analysis and optimization design methods.
