基于CBI站场叠加预发电码化技术研究OA
Research on Pre-Overlap Coding Technology Based on CBI Stations and Yards
针对采用计算机联锁(CBI)、继电编码与叠加电码化(ZPW-2000系列)的普速铁路站场中存在的正线电码化"抢发送"及动车组(Electric Multiple Unit,EMU)开行适应性受限等问题,研究并设计一种基于CBI站场的叠加预发电码化电路方案.该方案优化发送盒配置解决"抢发送"问题,优化传递继电器(CI)电路实现预发码功能,同时充分利用25.7Hz(SP码)低频信息实现载频切换,减少司机人工干预,提升轨道电路抗干扰能力,并解决动车组下线运行车地不匹配触发制动的问题.通过系统分析轨道电路继电器(GJ)落下时间、车载信号感应与接收时延等关键参数,确定SP码的合理发送时机;并基于CBI的逻辑驱动能力,优化继电器(如ZCJ,CJ,ZPJ,FGPJ等)的配置与驱动逻辑,实现侧线股道与正线进路的预发码功能.
This paper studies and designs a scheme for the pre-overlap coding circuit based on CBI stations and yards,targeting at the issues of premature code transmission and limited applicability to EMU(Electric Multiple Unit)in the main-line coding equipment at railway stations and yards of conventional lines equipped with computer based interlocking(CBI)together with relay coding equipment and superimposed coding equipment(with ZPW-2000 series taken as an example).This scheme improves the code sending box arrangement to address the premature code transmission problem,and enhances the circuit design of transfer relay(CJ)to achieve the pre-overlap coding function.Additionally,it uses the 25.7 Hz(SP code)low-frequency information to enable the carrier frequency switching function,which not only reduces the driver's manual interventions and enhances the track circuit's anti-interference capability,but also address the train braking problem triggered by data mismatch between onboard and wayside equipment for EMUs operating at stations and yards.Through a systematic analysis of key parameters such as the de-energization time of track circuit relay(GJ)and the time delay between signal recognition and reception by the onboard equipment,the reasonable code sending time for SP code is determined.In view of the logical driving capability of CBI,and the configurations and driving logics of relays such as ZCJ,CJ,ZPJ and FGPJ are optimized,to enable the pre-overlap coding function on siding tracks and main-line routes.
