在低空空域中,运营商公网、低空专网与卫星通信等多种无线网络制式并存.基于第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)关键任务数据协议(MCData),结合互联网协议多媒体子系统(IMS)架构下的业务与承载分离机制、开放标准的授权协议(OAuth2.0)统一认证与会话初始化协议(SIP)注册技术,设计一种融合机载多模通信终端与地面多制式通信网关的C2通信链路方案,可支持多制式网络的自动发现、自适应切换与融合分流,并实现端到端的数据优先级管理与多层安全防护,能够为低空关键任务,如无人机飞控与地面控制中心之间的指控指令、监测状态等数据提供低时延、高可靠、高安全的通信保障.

The low-altitude airspace features the co-existence of multiple wireless networking methods,encompassing public networks,low-altitude private networks and satellite communication systems.Based on the 3GPP Mission Critical Data(MCData)protocol,this paper designs a C2(Command and Control)communication link solution which integrates airborne multi-mode communication terminals with ground-based multi-protocol communication gateways,leveraging the service-and-bearer separation mechanism under the IMS architecture,as well as OAuth2.0 unified authentication and SIP registration technologies.It supports automatic discovery of multi-protocol network,adaptive switching and fused offloading,and enables end-to-end data priority management and multi-layered security protection.This design provides low-latency,high-reliability,and high-security communication guarantees for low-altitude mission-critical operations,such as data transmission related to C2 commands and monitoring status between the flight control system and ground control center of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs).
